-HCMC repaired the soffit vent last week. -Upstairs multiple windows on the exterior are completely rusted and corroded. Strongly recommend replacing. HCMC can provide an estimate. Please advise. -Please advise when you would like to winterize the pool house. -HCMC adjusted the toilet fill valve in the master bathroom. (last visit) -HCMC working in the soffit vent hole. Applied plastic over it to test for animal activity. Once determined that all animals are out of the soffit. HCMC will return to repair the hole.(last visit) -Injection pump breaker was tripped. HCMC reset it. (last visit) -Please see below at the outgoing field notes. |
