Notes:

-Met with Fran last week to work with HCMC crew to get exterior work completed, and went over Mrs. Js list of items to be priced and/or done for the coming off season. HCMC will prepare a master list and gather pricing or work orders to complete the jobs. Fran sent her list and will merge with HCMCs list from previous visit this past summer.

-Gate working properly, requiring the code without the #, contacted gate company about phone in house not syncing with gate. He needs to have a phone tech come to find out why its not working from the inside. Will meet him next week.

-HCMC coordinated with shipping company to ship the 3 cars to PB. Defender was dead even though it started last week, advised James to have jumper cables with him and to buy trickle chargers. Defender probably needs a new battery,

-Owners vacated for the season, HCMC sent full crew on 10/8 for Fall S/M and met with Fran to go over items.

-Carlos will clean all exterior pillows

-Pool house shut down, full winterization complete.

-Crew will return to complete seasonal maintenance inside and gutters outside, as well as put plastic on the doors that have been leaking during heavy rain/winds.

-Landscaper on site

-HCMC contacted Anthony to have all cars detailed end of September, confirmed. (Last week)

– no water in round room or elsewhere.

-Mitchell and Fran will discuss larger punchlist of projects for the winter.
