– North Fork Irrigation on site 10-14 blowing out and winterizing sprinkler system on property. – Swept out garage, full of leaves 10-14. – Pool Closed as of 10-5-20. Cover has been placed on pool. – During Homecheck on 10-5, noticed property needs to have fall cleanup by Landscaping company. Many leaves throughout property. – During Homecheck on 9-29 homeowner requested to have crack on patio steps filled and made sure secured. Cracks are located on the left side of the house facing the water. Work order put in today. Has been put on the schedule for Thursday 10-15. -All Okay -When you have a chance please text me the WiFi password, unable to post the home check at the house. Thanks -Inspected crawl space. Homeowners onsite didn t inspect 10-5. |
