-UPDATE: Owner advised that Petro had to replace both expansion tanks. Prior: Met with Premier Pest for monthly bait check. HCMC hasn t been performing interior home checks and Josh/Premier Pest advised that there is water in the mechanical room -HCMC requested permission to gain access to basement. Upon inspection it appears that the boiler relief valve emptied a lot of dirty water into the basement of the mechanical room. HCMC contacted Petro and they scheduled to come that afternoon. (Last week) -HCMC requested weekly access to basement to check mechanicals. -HCMC showed owner a larger fracture in concrete under back covered porch, that seems to be a result of the dry well at the corner. Will show our colleagues to get advice and report back. – HCMC will try to get another proposal for the generator. HCMC forwarded generator proposal from All Wright waiting on feedback from owner. HCMC will seek an additional proposal. – UPDATE: Proposal submitted; owner will review. Prior: Paul Wagner submitted proposal for plant health care for remainder of year. Owner reviewing. – Will contact Premier about treating back of house for possible insects that woodpecker damaged. -We also discussed a lower fence in the back at crest of the slope. – – We discussed transplanting and relocating various plants on the property to make better use of them to fill in areas and relieve some overcrowding. Will mention to owner again as the transplanting season approaches. There are some bare spots in front to right of entrance.
