Hi David: Please find below latest update. In: 1003am Out: 1112am
Cousin HVAC crew starting work on the upstairs HVAC system first, eventually making their way to the Master bedroom area. Met with Steve, went over process.
Old exterior satellite dish being removed and discarded to make room for the new AC condenser.
HVAC work is expected though out this week and next week.
Pool vendor Ric was notified that the pool water level was low. Ric stated some workers on the outside bathroom had to shut off the house water to work on the exterior bathroom.
Appears when plumbers were done, they turned on the wrong valve to the autofill unit. Consulted with pool vendor Ric who will be stopping by today to ensure all mechanics are configured and functioning properly.
Was notified last week by S&R windows that their finishing work would be complete soon. However some windows/doors still unfinished.
Downstairs bathrooms and office have been stripped of all furnishings and water damage was attended to.
Wifi is back up and running via equipment in downstairs office, with limited network range.
Golf cart charging accordingly, functioning normally.
There is an alert notice on the kitchen oven LCD panel, showing a ‘stuck / shorted key’ error. Are the kitchen appliances being upgraded before you are here in Oct/Nov or shall I find a repair technician?
With construction work regarding windows, bathrooms and hvac, downstairs very dirty. Cleaners should remove any/all perishable goods currently in refrigerators and recommend they clean the inside of units. Thermostat readings:
