Please find below latest update.
Consulted with pool vendor Ric concerning spa and pool auto fill. Ric isolated the spa and had the auto fill on. However when the water was shut off by the GC recently, Ric noticed the spa water was abnormally low. He did a test isolating the pool and spa water. It seems there could be a minor leak in the spa liner or the spa plumbing. Ric will investigate further. Please note for convenience any future pool billing can be paid directly from email invoicing by clicking on the pay link in the email.
Landscaping still a work in progress.
Steve has his HVAC crew arriving next Wednesday to continue the HVAC work in the MBR and garage. HVAC 2 ton installed and running smoothly. This controls the upstairs. There are specific ceiling/drywall areas that need to be repaired by GC Jonathan concerning the HVAC install. Mostly old vents which are marked off with blue tape. there is also a needed very minor repair of a ceiling near a light per photo.
Water has been shut off locally as bathrooms and office are still under construction .
Golf cart ran perfectly and is charging as per cart vendor’s instructions.
Windows are still work in progress.
Recommend housekeeping to keep up with cleaning interior, including the perishable goods in refrigerators.
Seems driveway bricks that are above the propane tank are settling as per photo. Recommend re enforcing this area when installing new pavers.
