Hi David:
Please find below latest update for July 27, 2022.
General Contractor crew working on master bedroom upon arrival. Garage door open, with QC crew working in garage too. Wall in downstairs bathroom now open to office area.
Most indoor furniture moved out of workers areas, and protected by plastic wrap. Televisions also protected by plastic wrap.
Golf cart on trickle charge.
Main alarm single beep constant. Simply push asterisk key to clear error.
New HVAC thermostats working correctly on ground floor. Upstairs still needs adjusting however with GC crew having garage and various doors open let humidity in that affected the upstairs. Many windows are still a work in progress.
Wifi hardware in office still offline. Understand the wifi will be back up and running once GC work is complete.
Emptied both the garage and main refrigerator of perishable goods.
Landscaping a work in progress & pool/spa functioning normally. Please note dates from palm tree by pool still dropping lots of dates onto the new pavers and into the pool. Suggest landscaper to cut out palm dates before any ripen further.
Generator online, ready to run.
