Hi David:
Please find below latest update for July 15 & July 19.
New HVAC thermostats working correctly on ground floor. HVAC manager Steve will be dropping by to configure the upstairs thermostat. Windows are still a work in progress.
Relocation of garage compressor is completed and a much better location. IT junction boxes by the generator panels outside need cleaning up.
Wifi network ‘Borden’ is discoverable however the password on file is not working. Consulted with IT vendor Russ and he believes the internet is not connected correctly. Will follow up with him next week. Ongoing construction work in office might be cause of wifi network errors.
Found workmen‘s tools by the pool mechanics. Placed tools in garage along with old autofill hardware.
Driveway bricks sinking further where the propane tank was buried recently. Garage doors functioning normally.
Main alarm single beep constant. Simply push asterisk key to clear error.
Landscaping a work in progress & pool/spa functioning normally. Pool vendor is keeping an eye on spa regarding possible spa plumbing leak. Date palm dropping fruit in pool. Advise landscaping to cut any fruit out before fruit ripens.
Office, and 2 bathrooms are still work in progress. Sent exterior kitchen photos as requested.
