– During Homecheck- 9-21 HCMC discovered large crack in ceiling in guest bedroom. Please advise. Work order has been placed and put on schedule 9-28. -HCMC onsite at 8am to escort Cablevision through home. Cablevision went into AV panel and noticed one of the cable wires that was supposed to be plugged into amplifier was removed. Once tech reinstalled wire, system was up and running. HCMC went with tech to each room with cable box and tested. All Cable boxes are up and running except one which was replaced. Cablevision tech checked all wiring and re-secured AV cabinet before leaving. Completed (last week) – HCMC watered all Orchid plants within the home. -Owner advised copper walkway light cracked in front of house. HCMC created work order on 8/21, will source replacement. Lamp ordered from Revco. They had to order waiting on parts will take 7-10 business days. -Owner advised Carbon Monoxide detectors were old and not functioning. HCMC has to call Fire Department to test all Carbon Monoxide detectors because hard wired to home. -Owner advised upper sash in windows in den area are failing. During the storms wind howling through window. HCMC created work order on 8/21. -Spoke to the owner about putting a lock on the gate leading to the beach and installing another gate by the beach. Estimate to be submitted upon request. -House cleaning scheduled for 1 days per week as requested. -Met with Peter Becker from speonk lumber for the seals failed at 2 windows. Proposal to be forwarded. |
