-HCMC scheduled for cleaning of all fans for next week. This includes the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, and 2nd floor bedrooms.
-HCMC also scheduled for next week, tentatively on Wednesday to realign the fridge & wine cooler and reattach the metal strip in between. And to replace gasket on second floor bathroom door.
-1 dehumidifier found full, emptied and reset properly.
-Tennis court closed down as homeowner requested. Placed tennis tools in the garage.
-Reached out to Hampton Pool Works to advise pool winterization, replacement of pool cover and installation of new heat pump at end of season. Pool closing scheduled tentatively for Tuesday 10/6
-Waiting on proposal from East End Painting for interior & exterior house painting. Will forward once received.
