-Upon owners request Sukkah disassembled, cleaned, dried, and placed in garage 10-15.

-Furniture on patio was placed back to original spots upon owners request.

-Wood legs to exterior patio sitting table rotted. HCMC recommends replacing table or Carpenter can perform repairs upon request @ $85/hr + materials.

– HCMC repaired Landscape lighting. Contacted GJS for Land Light Revamp project & provided owner with an alternate electrician if required.

– Screen room Repairs completed by HCMC.

– HCMC met onsite with painters. Costs for whole house washing, painting and staining forwarded. Owner to perform with Oak.

– HCMC to order & install additional bicycle racks. Bike racks will be installed today 9-9-20. Project put on hold.

– HCMC recommends dehumidifier @ garage for summer season to prevent humidity & mold accumulation.
