Owner s family on premises, advised HCMC that all plants were watered Family members had no issues to report.


-Very loose tread on exterior deck stairs to garden, pops up and dangerous. Advised owner and marked it with tape. Also advised family member who was home.

-HCMC met with Andrew/Fenelon to review the state of the property and newly developed areas of focus going forward. We also traveled the entire deer fence and did not see any areas of concern, just a couple of spots that could be better supported. Andrew said he is waiting for a proposal to repair deer grate. See note below.

-HCMC provided a proposal for the repair to exterior back of house.

-HCMC summarized the landscape meeting with aida and provided a written synopsis of the approach going forward, targeting specific areas for improvement with a budget.

-UPDATE: HCMC took pictures of the grate and will send them to a vendor we located in Southampton that does repair/replacement. They are very familiar and said they can estiate from the photos and with dimensions. Prior: Owner wants HCMC to firmly address the deer grate etc that was approved for full repair. Also, keep an eye on the lower area of lawn.

– UPDATE: want to get another vendor in there to look at the pool equipment that HCMC does not believe is working correctly. Owner is satisfied. Prior: Owner s family noted pool is note pristine and recommended the purchase of a pool sweep. Pool filter: He s going to investigate but he said when they are onsite it s running. Still following up with him, sent videos.

-Hose bib in back next to rear stairs is dripping, needs to be replaced.

-Lawn is overall looking much better.

-UPDATE: after very heavy rains, ground area around vegetable garden not wet and not pooling after Fennelon installed French drain. Andrew said he will continue to work on the area, may have to dig up ground and add sand. He is committed to fixing it completely. Following up.
